Upon placing your order with Soto Event Supplies, our team will reach out within 1-3 business days to gather your personalized details. We’ll then provide a design proof via email for your approval before production. You have the flexibility for two revisions free of charge.

Note: For designs involving personalized information (envelopes, invitations, place cards), final file setup may take up to 2 business days.

Print Production Process:

  • Digital Print: Up to 10 business days
  • Foil/Letterpress/Specialty Printing: Up to 15 business days

Once printing is complete, we dedicate 1-2 business days for quality checks, packing, and dispatch. If you require expedited service, certain items can be produced faster with a ‘rush fee’; please contact us before placing your order for details.

Delivery/Freight Process:
